Nominate a nurseMeet Tamara: from the bedside to clinical data
“I didn't get here because I had a traditional technical background. I got here by combining clinical knowledge with curiosity.”
Tamara studied nursing at Northeastern University, moved to Israel and worked at the bedside caring for new mothers and newborns. She took a data analytics course, then landed her first health tech role as a junior data annotator, where she was soon writing annotation guidelines and translating clinical logic into model rules. Today she's a Clinical Data Analyst at Droxi AI.
