The mission

Health tech is built for clinicians, but too often without them. Nurses understand workflows, patient safety and the realities of care better than anyone, yet the path from the bedside into tech is unclear.

We make that path visible. We show nurses where they fit, help them close skill gaps, reframe their experience, and connect them with nurses who've already made the move.

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Esther.

I studied nursing and started at the bedside in New York. When I moved to Israel, I spent almost a year getting registered to practice all over again. When my license finally came through, I felt like I'd made it.

But the long nights, the lack of flexibility and a whole new healthcare system made me wonder if I could sustain it. Then a nurse building a health tech startup gave me the chance to join her. Until then, I didn't know opportunities like this existed for nurses.

Stepping away from the bedside was hard. Would I still be a "real nurse"? Over time I realized I didn't leave my nursing skills behind. I just started using them in a different way. Nurse2Tech exists so other nurses can find that path too.
