No. Most nurses we talk to start with none. Your clinical judgment, workflow knowledge and patient-safety mindset are exactly what health tech teams are missing. Some roles ask for a specific skill, and the job descriptions and our resources show you which ones.
Is Nurse2Tech free?
Yes. Joining the community, the resources, the job board, the role quiz and introductions to nurses in tech are all free.
Is it only for nurses in Israel?
No. Nurse2Tech is for nurses anywhere. Many of the roles we share right now are in Israel, but the resources, quiz and advice apply wherever you are, and we share remote roles too.
How do the introductions to nurses in tech work?
Send us a message with the role you're curious about. If we know a nurse working in that role, we'll ask if they're open to a short chat and connect you both by email. It's informal: a chance to ask about their day, how they got in, and what they'd do differently.
Do I have to leave nursing completely?
Not at all. Some nurses move into tech full-time, others go part-time or keep a few clinical shifts. Many roles, like implementation and clinical success, use your clinical skills every day.
